Shooter/Producer, DP, Cinematographer, FAA Drone Pilot
English and Spanish speaker Olin excels in extreme environments. He is comfortable filming in unusual situations, having a background exploring mountains and rivers internationally via skiing/mountaineering, class 5 kayaking, mountain biking, dirt biking, snowmobiling, kiteboarding, hunting, fishing, camping, and generally being active amongst the outdoors. He can handle shooting/producing a story, while running his own audio, in a wide array of temperatures and landscapes. |
His recent shoots include Seasons 10-12 of "Mountain Men" and Season 1 of "Mountain Men, AK" on the History Channel, following multiple characters as they live their rugged lifestyles hunting/trapping/homesteading/surviving. He was the sole shooter/producer for many episodes of "Bowhunter TV" for Outdoor/Sportsmans Channel, Fall of 2022 through fall of 2023. He was the DP for a Montana episode of "The Travel Detective with Peter Greenburg" for PBS, Feburary of 2024. He's also worked on "Lara Logan Has No Agenda" (Fox Business episode on the Mexican Cartel/human & drug trafficking) and many episodes for "How America Works" (Fox Business show, showcasing rugged blue collar jobs in America). He's been involved with multiple action sports movies filming remote whitewater kayaking, backcountry skiing, and snowmobiling for Teton Gravity Research and Matchstick productions. He spent two months probing ancient Peruvian dwellings in a series under development. He produced/shot/edited a music video for the Kitchen Dwellers' new album release single "Wise River." In summer 2021, he was the DP for a twelve video series for the USDA. These videos were 4-5 minutes long, showcasing the efforts of farmers who utilize government funding to create sustainable practices on their land.

Randy shot documentaries, adventure reality shows, natural history and more, in locations around the world - on land and on sea, at high elevations and deep below the ocean surface. Shooting in the wild shaped Randy, making him a creative problem solver. He cut his teeth on big budget shows during his Los Angeles years, and while working many years with Al Giddings, Images Unlimited, on blue chip underwater films. Diverse experiences included three expeditions to the Titanic, shooting Eco Challenges and mountain men, diving with humpback whales, searching for shipwrecks, and following the Iditarod. See Resume

Kristin’s career launched in wildlife films with Wolfgang Bayer Productions. In Los Angeles, she edited shows for the Discovery Channel and was post production supervisor for the National Geographic Specials. She produced video for web, working with clients to design and budget productions that addressed a need, a mission, an issue, or a product. See Credits
